Virtual Reality  By Micheál Sweeney

Ever wonder what it would be like to be your video game character? Well, now with the help of a virtual reality headset you can! A headset allows you to put your phone in front of your eyes, allowing you to experience the action up close. You could also get devices for your hands letting you interact with the virtual world around you.

Many people have gone mad for this breakthrough in the gaming world. However, let’s get on to part you’ve been waiting for, is it worth its hefty price tag? My answer? Yes. VR is taking the gaming community bye storm so do not miss your chance to get caught up in it!

In my opinion, the best VR sets are the ones made by consoles such as the PS4. The reason is it allows you to connect games from the console to the headset meaning you can adventure around your favourite game world and not being limited to a screen. I will leave a link down below to where you can get your own.

They can cost from between 40 to 780 euro so there is a lot of room for prices from cheap to expensive. However, when it comes down to it what would you prefer? Your life savings or being able to be your favourite video game character? I think we all know the answer to that one…

There are many games for the VR out there some having some classic arcade games while others are what you would expect such as shooters and RPGs. Like their flexible prices, there is a lot of variety when it comes to the games. In addition, the prices vary a good bit as well from free to upwards of 100 euro depending on your budget. Anyway it looks like there will be a bright future for the VR.
